Traffic violations are not considered to be very serious but failure to pay fines, appear in court, or perform community service can result in additional fines or even jail time. Most traffic violations fall into the category of a Class C misdemeanor.

John H. Weigel, Attorney at Law, serves the Houston metro area including Harris County, Galveston County, and Brazoria County on all traffic related citations and violations included CDL, license suspensions, red light violations, speeding violations, speeding in school zones, cellphone tickets, and toll violations tickets.

John will work hard to get your traffic ticket thrown out completely whenever possible.

Put my experience to work for you!
Call and schedule an appointment or request a free phone consultation.
Unlike other traffic lawyers  John does not take your money, set your case for trial, cross his fingers and hope the cop doesn't show, and hope maybe you will get a dismissal. Why pay a lawyer $50-$100 to do that? You can do that for yourself! John will speak to you personally about your citation, take notes, go to where you received the citation and take more notes, take pictures if needed, and then argue your case to the prosecution to get you the best deal possible.

He will also subpoena body cameras footage, dash cam videos from the police vehicle, and other documents and evidence to review if he believes its needed in your case. With this evidence in prior cases he's managed to receive a complete dismissal due to police errors, red light malfunctions, missing traffic signs, malfunctioning school safety equipment, and other technical issues.

If a satisfactory result can not be achieved then he will set your matter for trial and your original fee includes your case all the way to trial. John will never ask for more money to take your matter to trial after your initial payment. Other firms in town will only plead you for the initial fee and then want to charge you even more money to defend your rights at trial.
